ARTICLE 2 : ORDER

For account companies in the event of postponement of due date, delay or non-payment in the payment of a single invoice, and on simple formal notice by registered letter, we may demand immediate payment of all sums even which may be due, which sums, will be automatically increased from their due date by a penalty whose annual rate will be equal to three the increased legal rate in force.
ARTICLE 4 : SHIPMENT
The order is delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.
The Free of Charge delivery threshold is €500 for France Mainland.
No penalty for late delivery can be claimed from us.

All returns of merchandise must be made at your expense.

VAR company has, for all stages of access to the site, the ordering process, delivery or subsequent services, only an obligation of means.
