The stock status is shown on the product page. If the status is “Available”, the product can be ordered. 

If the status is “Limited quantity”, the product can still be ordered but there is a limit on quantity (usually maximum 2). 

If the status is “Out of stock”, the product is currently unavailable and a restocking date is displayed.

We allow certain out-of-stock products to be ordered. A “Add to cart” button appears in such cases.

For most out-of-stock products, ordering is not possible.

For out-of-stock products included in a tool kit, we manage the remaining items and you will receive them after your order, once they are available again.

According to Article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code, delivery responsibility lies with the recipient.

When your order arrives, take time with the carrier to check the number of parcels and their condition. A delivery summary is provided with your parcel to help you during inspection.

The carrier must stay for 20 minutes to allow for this check. Do not forget to record detailed reservations in case of:

  • missing parcels
  • opened parcels
  • damaged parcels, in poor condition, or showing signs of impact
  • parcels dropped during unloading

In your customer area you will find your order history and their statuses:

  • Awaiting…” : We are awaiting payment reception or, for account customers, your internal order number (e.g., N° GEX)
  • “Validated”: Your order is validated, the preparation time begins at this moment
  • “In shipping process”: Your order is being prepared and shipped.
  • “Invoiced”: Your order has left our warehouse and is being handled by our carrier. Your invoice is available in your order history.

We offer several carriers to deliver you in the best way according to your needs. Depending on your location and your order content, various solutions may be possible.

Usually : Your order will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours following order validation. Then the transport time must be added, variable depending on destination, order contents and hence the carrier. It is generally between 24 and 48 hours in France.

Note: Preparation times may be modified depending on workload.

For customers paying at time of order, the order will be validated when payment is received.

To deliver overseas , we can ship your order to your freight forwarder in mainland France. Then we let you to arrange your transport from your forwarder.
Don’t forget to provide your forwarder’s full contact details in the delivery address.

For orders delivered on pallet, if you need a truck with a tail lift to unload your merchandise, please let us know in the delivery information when placing your order or by sending an email to contact@vartools.com

If a product has been damaged, broken or is not functioning properly, please inform us using the dedicated form. Don’t forget to specify all useful information regarding the cause of the damage. Your feedback helps in improving our products.

To facilitate customer service processing, we ask you to share your purchase invoice, the serial number and add photos/videos to illustrate the problem. The serial number is not present on all products. For manual tools it is in the form “A letter, a number”, for example “S3”.

For cleaning stations or electric stands, there is a label indicating the number.

Any misuse will result in forfeiture of the warranty.
